Laboratory using ultra pure water treatment |
| The ultra pure water using in laboratory is devided into three class: one class water, the
resistivity
is required to above 10MΩ(conductivity should be under .1us/cm), it's mainly used in analysis
experiment which has
strict
reqest to the water, the one class water is always gotten by distillation or RO water filter or ion exchanging treatment of the two class water, and then filter through the 0.2μm membrane. For the two class water, it's require the
resistivity
to be above10MΩ(conductivity to be under 0.1us/cm),it mainly used in
inorganic
trace analysis. The two class water can be gotten by multi-distillation or by RO filter system or by ion exchanging system. For the three class water, it's always used in general chemical analysis. it can be gotten by distillation or ion exchanging. |

The general method to make laboratory pure water |
1、Distillation water :
Mostly using in laboratory, it can remove big part of pollution in the water, but can't remove the
volatility impurity, such as CO2, NH3, SiO2 etc.

2、Ion exchanging
Use ion exchanging resin. |

3、RO pure water:
Use RO water treatment system. |
|
4、Ultra pure water:
The standard is the resistivity to be 18.2MΩ-cm. The new process is to use RO system plus ion exchaning bed or RO system plus EDI. |
